• Birds Holiday Reward Point is an instrument to earn cashback on your bookings with Birds Holiday. The cashback gets credited to a customer's Reward Point account and can be redeemed only for bookings on www.birdsholiday.com.
• BRP is the short form used for Birds Holiday Reward Point in the website and communications from www.birdsholiday.com
• User can reward points through his Sign up in www.birdsholiday.com , by signing up any friend by using referral invitation from our site, by purchase of any products and services , or by purchase of any products and services by your friend who signed up through your invitation.
• User can send bulk referral invitation mail by allowing www.birdsholiday.com to access your google contacts , this will help to get more reward points.
• At present 100 BRP is equal to INR 10 , and is subject to the policy of Birds holiday time to time.
• There will be limit for redemption of reward points in each products and services and may change according to the policy of Birds Holiday ,without any notice.
• Cancellation refunds on travel bookings with www.birdsholiday.com can also be kept in the reward point account.
• The reward point amount doesn’t bear interest, and is non-refundable (subject to the relevant RBI guidelines).
• Reward point that you earn when you book with Birds Holiday has a definite validity. In case you cancel the booking, reward points earned shall be reversed.
• For bookings made using combination of reward point and other paymet methods, in case of cancellation, the refunds would be adjusted in your reward point account first and then in your credit/debit/net banking account from which the transaction was made.
• In case of cancellation of bookings made through reward point, the refunds if any after deducting cancellation charges will be processed into the reward point account.
• Birds Holiday has the sole discretion for rewarding the reward point user with promotional offers or points, monitoring and temporarily suspending the reward point account.
• Reward point redemption is not valid on bookings made via our partner travel agents.

2. Hotel booking - BRP equilant to 10% of Hotel Price (Before Tax)

3. Domestic / Indian Tour Package booking - BRP equilant to 7 % of Tour Price (Before Tax)

4. International Tour package booking - BRP equilant to 7 % of Tour Price (Before Tax)

5. Vehicle booking - BRP equilant to 5 % of Vehicle Price (Before Tax)

6. Day trip booking - BRP equilant to 5 % of Day trip Price (Before Tax)
