The tourists can start their site seeing with the Meenakshi Temple, which is the biggest temple in Madurati, some places of interest are Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal, Koodal Azhagar Temple, Vandiyur Mariamman Temple, Alagar Koyil, Thirupparamkunram Murugan Temple, Gandhi Memorial Museum, Athisyam, banana and vegetable markets, bamboo bazaar. Madurai is well connected by air, rail and road. It has Madurai Airport and Madurai Rail Junction, as well as road connections to other principal cities in the area. Some of the well known hotels are the Metropole, Star Residency and Royal Court, and a long list of good restaurants such as, Chopstix Multicuisine Restuarant and Murugan Idli Shop.
Rameswaram is a separated from the main land by sea and is also known as Pamban Island. Located between Sri Lanka and India, it has a strong mythological link. Places to visit in Rameswaram are Ramanathaswamy Temple, Pamban Bridge, Agni Tirtham, Adam’s Bridge, Rama Setu, and Jada Theertham. It is connected to the country by rail, road and air, the nearest airport is in Madurai and there are regular trains from other parts of the country. It is also connected with a good network of roads. There are plenty of good hotels in Rameshwaram to suit all types of budgets, some of them are Hotel Vinayaga, Jiwan Residency, Hotel MCM Towers. Some well known restaurants are, Gujarat Bhavan, Shabari Restaurant and Ahaan.

Normally vehicle is available from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. We never recommend night driving on safety point of view. On emergency cases /special cases we provide early / late driving, but it should be mentioned in the final itenary sent to you. In deluxe a/c houseboats , a/c will be operated from 9 pm to 6 am in bed rooms. Check in time of houseboat is 12 noon and check out is at 9 am .Houseboat will not make cruise from 5.30 pm to 7.30 am. All guests are requested to give menu to houseboat people one day in advance to enable them to prepare for your trip. The service / quality complaints of houseboats , if any should be raised on that time itself, then only mykerala tours can correct the same. Cancellation of all packages with the panel hotels ( listed in our websites ) is subjected to the cancellation policy of mykerala tours , which is exhibited in the website. Cancellation of all other packages will be subjected to the policy of each hotels included in that package.
